Scope of Structural Services
PestShieldPro connects residential and commercial property owners with independent pest management professionals across Clay County, Florida. Estimates and service agreements are finalized on site after a technician evaluates the property.
Property Access and Preparation
Homeowners agree to provide safe access to structural perimeters, crawlspaces, attic hatches and utility entry points during scheduled treatment windows. Pre-treatment preparation steps are explained before any treatment begins.
Regulatory Compliance and Labels
All chemical applications, bait installations and physical exclusions follow EPA pesticide labels and Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) Chapter 482 regulations. Technicians may decline or modify a chemical application when weather or proximity to water poses a drift risk.
Limitation of Liability
Our exclusion and chemical barrier procedures are designed to provide strong protection, but subterranean pest activity depends on soil and environmental conditions that can change. Specific warranties are set out in each customer service contract.
